A guy with an injured arm went to a doctor.  The doctor took one look at him and said, "Open your mouth, stick out your tongue and say 'ahhhhh'."   The patient was overcome with incredulity. "It's my arm that's injured, not my tongue!" Upon which the doctor said, "All right.  Open your mouth, stick out your ARM and say 'ahhhhh'.
