Depressed.  I wish I had some good anti-depressants.   Can't do anything about it.  This is common so I'm in no danger. I am just really down.  Nothing more to say.  I wish I had some  help.  This can get worse.  If this persists, I'll have to go to the hospital again.

    When you are depressed, is it a feeling that nothing can get better? That was it for me. A hopelessness where your situation will not improve, and you see no easy way of changing it. Am I getting close? I know the short term cannot make big changes in your situation, but we have been seeing improvements that you probably cannot see at the moment.

    As we move through time, I'll do my best to see that you have better activities available for you. In the meantime, try to make yourselg busy, so you won't dwell on the situation. Download Chess on your computer, and Sudoku. Wite. Play music. Get involved in as many activities as your can to fill your day up.

    Help others. Go on facebook.. Find people like yourself, and get their support. Try to do something. Look inside yorself. Be strong, and fight against the feeling of hopelessness. Look at the videos I posted. What's your reaction?
