173 this morning after fasting last night.  8:33 AM  I dosed 25 after with my pin medicine.  I then ate 2 egg sandwiches with mayonaise and whole wheat bread.

9/9/18 Evening 7:33 PM 198.  I had nothing before but then ate a few  4 eggs without bread.
