One of Carl's EMails today, Tuesday 24th

I asked Carl to do a journal entry on his day yesterday with me at the Neurologist.

Memory is too short.  I didn't take notes.  I can't remember even going there.  

My memory problem may wind me up in a nursing home one day.  
Am I in the first stages of insanity?

Today I forgot my pin for my card and had to get ..the number replaced. 

 I immediately forgot that number and got another one.  

My mind is ebbing away.  Please note this situation and remind me to talk about it during meetings of doctors.  

I am going to try to do memory enhancement exercises. 

 I might use a deck of cards or pen and paper.

My "impression" is that nothing was accomplished but I can't be sure.
